TRENDAY is operated by TRENDAY, CORP., a Delaware corporation registered in the United States (7345 W Sand Lake Rd Ste 210 Office 2507, Orlando, FL 32819, United States). TRENDAY is a web app that helps you organize your wardrobe, generate outfits with artificial intelligence from your own photos and clothes, and share looks with other people.
By creating an account or using TRENDAY, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TRENDAY is only for people aged 18 or older. You must provide your date of birth before using the app. Accounts of people under 18 are restricted: they can no longer use the app's features, their content is no longer shown to others, and their data is kept for review rather than deleted automatically. By providing your date of birth, you declare that it is accurate. If you believe your date of birth was recorded incorrectly, you can request a review in the app.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens on your account. Notify us immediately (trenday@trenday.me) if you suspect unauthorized use.
You remain the owner of the photos and information you submit (body/face photos, clothing, posts, captions). By posting something on TRENDAY, you grant us permission to display that content to other users according to your privacy settings (public/private account), and to process it technically (for example, sending your photo to an artificial intelligence provider to generate your look's image — see section 6). You warrant that you have the right to submit the content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights.
Looks generated by TRENDAY are created by a third-party AI provider from the photos you submit (body photo, optional face photo, and photos of your clothes). The result is a computer-generated image, not a real photograph — it may contain inaccuracies (color, fit, proportion) inherent to this technology. Each generation consumes 1 credit from your account.
New accounts receive free welcome credits. Credits are consumed with each look generation (the "Spin"/"Try this look" feature) and can be earned back by inviting friends. Purchasing additional credits with real money is not yet available everywhere — when it is, it will be processed by a payment partner (Stripe), and these Terms will be updated with the specific conditions before that feature launches in a given market.
By using TRENDAY, you agree not to:
You can report a post or profile that violates these Terms, and you can block any user — blocking hides content on both sides and removes any follow relationship between you. Reports are reviewed by our team, which may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, in case of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
The TRENDAY name, brand, and app design belong to us. This does not affect your rights over the content you submit yourself (section 5).
TRENDAY is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruptions or errors, nor that AI-generated looks will exactly match what you imagined. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
